Starbucks Union Square West, NYC
Starbucks commissioned this 8-foot by 15-foot concrete mural for their New York City flagship store located in Union Square.

I created the topographic composition using castings of original manhole covers from the streets of New York City along with commuters’ to-go containers. Each panel is pigmented using glass, metal, sand, tar, rocks, plastic and other items collected while working in the city.
